Shipping & Processing (Online Store)
UPDATE - Yes, we are still gladly taking on all orders! The only thing that has changed since the global outbreak is we are now doing just one trip to the post office a week due to one of us being extremely high risk. If you are expecting an in-stock item to go out soon, please be aware we are currently only shipping on Wednesdays just to be safe.
*We are currently UNABLE to ship to countries where customs has decided to stop all shipments from the united states to and from your country. Please stay informed and know that if an order is placed with us to ship to one of these locations we will still process your order, but it will NOT ship out till your country is once again accepting packages.
*All our printable items are delivered to us from suppliers who are taking all the necessary safety precautions and continue to operate. IF this changes, there's a possibility of delay for some orders.
If you purchase one item that's IN-STOCK and another that needs to be made, your items will ship out together once the other item is ready. Please place a separate order if you want your in-stock item/items to ship sooner.
We fulfill orders in the order they were received. If you need an item shipped out by a certain date, PLEASE let us know in your order notes or by contacting us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you and to meet your deadline, but depending on how busy we we are we may charge an additional fee for a rush order / job.
Please keep in mind; once we run out of our on hand inventory your item / items will be professionally handmade by PRE-ORDER within 2-4 weeks. (sometimes longer when demand is high, see the details on item page for most accurate estimates).
Once an item is shipped we are not responsible for delays or problems shipping & delivering your order. Delays can happen at any time for any reason. Especially during extreme weather, or a high volume of packages in transit. Most international orders can take as little as 1 week or as long as 9 weeks IF stopped for a customs check. Please make sure this time has passed
If you believe your item was lost or there was a problem delivering your order, please contact us! We'll look into it and the majority of the time we will be happy to send out a replacement or exchange(depends on availability). We just ask that you pay for the reshipment of your items, as we have already shipped to you once.
Once we open a case with USPS about your lost item, it may take up to 10 regular business days(mon-fri) to hear back and HOPEFULLY get a decision from them about the status of the package.
Please be respectful and understand that we are a small two person operation doing everything. We take on orders of all sizes and print all shop items as soon as we are realistically able.
