Shipping policy

Items and orders under 16 ozs will ship via First Class Mail which normally takes 2-5 USPS business days to arrive to you once shipped.

Items and orders over 16oz will ship via Priority Mail which normally takes 2-3 USPS business days to arrive once shipped.

If you purchase one item that's in-stock and another that needs to be made, your items will ship out together once the other item is ready.

Please be patient. We are handmaking every item and we get a great volume of orders which can take some time during busy seasons, but please don't worry. You will get your order.

Please be respectful and understand that we are very small and doing everything as soon as we are possibly able.

Once an item is shipped we are not responsible for delays or problems shipping & delivering your order. Delays can happen at any time for any reason. Especially during extreme weather, or a high volume of packages in transit. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. This also applies to International orders.

If you believe your shop order was lost or there was a problem delivering your order, please contact us! We will be happy to send out a replacement or exchange. Depending on the circumstances we may ask that you pay for the reshipment of your items, as we have already shipped to you once.

If you need an item shipped out by a certain date, please let us know by contacting us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you and to meet your deadline, but this method is not guaranteed. If you're looking to guarantee or significantly rush an order, an additional fee for a rush order/job, plus any additional costs for faster shipping may apply. When you order a XS, 2X, 3X or 4X item, please keep in mind that items are sometimes back ordered or not as quickly available as S-XL. As we only order items as needed for all custom jobs.

Please keep in mind; once we run out of our on hand inventory your item/items will be handmade to order within 3-4 weeks. (sometimes longer when demand is high). We fulfill orders in the order they were received, unless negotiated otherwise. If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to ask!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. These are the buyers responsibility. When buying from us you agree that you understand. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Orders up to 4lbs will ship via First Class International and arrive to you within 2-4 weeks once shipped, sometimes longer if stopped at customs or if any other delays come up.

Large orders and big custom jobs may ship anywhere currently accepting orders from the US. Usually via Priority Mail International or in multiple shipments of First Class International mail. Please contact us to arrange any alternative.
