Refund policy

We do NOT take cancellations. We are providing a service. All orders are a custom print job and we order any needed supplies or materials we need for your order when the order is placed. We are offering you a custom screen printing service, we are not a clothing retailer.

If you want to return an item for a refund or exchange, you muar contact us first for approval as well as additional instructions. As not all items are able to be returned. Special orders and custom jobs are NOT refundable. We provide you a service, purchase, and handmake your items specifically for you. 

If the item/items were approved to be returned to us and are returned to us in it's original unworn/unwashed condition, you will be refunded the purchase amount minus a materials fee. Shipping is not refundable once a carrier is used.
